Everyone has worked with an individual who never gives any feedback. You put something on their desk and you are never sure if it is read or just buried in some pile. Eventually, you stop giving this person information. The same can happen between departments.

Keep information flowing. When information flows, people feel more in touch with the company and ultimately the customer gets a better product.
