Schulz (1922 - 2000) My philosophy is that not only are you responsible for your life, but doing the best at this moment puts you in the best place for the next moment. -Oprah Winfrey (1954 - ) In early childhood you may lay the foundation of poverty or riches, industry or idleness, good or evil, by the habits to which you train your children. Teach them right habits then, and their future life is safe. -Lydia Sigourney I respect the man who knows distinctly what he wishes. Beliefs are like the foundation of a building, and they are the foundation to build your life upon. -Alfred A. Montapert Success is more a function of consistent common sense than it is of genius. -An Wang The only completely consistent people are the dead. -Aldous Huxley (1894 - 1963) Character is the foundation stone upon which one must build to win respect. Just as no worthy building can be erected on a weak foundation, so no lasting reputation worthy of respect can be built on a weak character. -R. C.
