How much practice is needed I leave up to the individuals to decide. I would suggest that the support people need to feel comfortable locating the points on the woman’s body, remembering that the points will often feel quiet different for the woman during labour. As these points are easy to use, empower women during labour, and encourage close partner involvement, it is my hope that they will be made available to all interested couples as part of their antenatal education.
