Finding a Hypnobirth Trainer

Hypnobirthing is a method of natural childbirth enhanced with self-hypnosis allowing women to use natural instincts for safer, easier, more comfortable birth that mirrors nature. After my January 2000 article on hypnobirthing, I had a lot of women asking how and where to find a hypnobirth practitioner to train them in the hypnobirthing method. There are several ways to use hypnosis in childbirth and to be trained to use hypnosis for childbirth.
