In other words, don’t take any medications that you wouldn’t take during pregnancy, cut down on the caffeine, smoking, etc. Act as if you are already pregnant. Because in essence there will be a two week lag from conception to confirming the pregnancy. Act accordingly. Get healthy, stay healthy – practice proper nutrition, exercise and try to maintain your ideal weight – give your baby the best possible start!
