Approximately 10 days post-ovulation you can test positive on a sensitive home pregnancy test. Remeber that some women won't test positive until as late as 17 days post ovulation. If you know the length of your luteal phase (the time between ovulation and menstruation) - and you should if you chart - then you can safely assume that you are possibly pregnant if you go one day past your longest luteal phase.
