Now the real church, and here I refer to the one we read about in the book of Acts, gave everything to each other. Their vertical relationship was so authentic that it directly affected their horizontal relationships. Their questions were more along the lines of "What has God given me and how can I use this to help others?" and "How can I help the church meet God's needs?"

Churches have "services."

The question is: Are you the one doing the serving, or are you being served?
