Dropping in on Ruth Daigon

had 100 people crowding the walls, but the only thing (so far) is another reading in Carmel early in December...but I have new books waiting in the wings so there will be more promotional tours and performances. Q: Of all your accomplishments, which one are you most satisfied with? A: What gives me great satisfaction at this stage is that I know who I am and how to translate that knowledge and control into poetry. I have the ability (after many years) to understand and use my poetic voice so that the poems in their subject matter, style and craft are melded together, infused with music, complex without losing clarity. I can transmit all of this to the page or aloud to my audience and evoke in them a response which gives them insight into their own lives and enriches mine.
