The National Endowment for the Arts offers poetry fellowships to "published creative writers of exceptional talent." Applications for FY2001 are accepted through March 14, 2000. Here you may announce your contest, url, or call for submission without emailing this editor. This is an excellent way for new publications to welcome visitors. You may post on any of the threads. If you've got something outstanding, email KayDay, and we'll have a look see. We can't run all the announcements, but we promise to try to give equal attention to all worthy efforts.
