Document all treatments, all medicines prescribed, all pain events and all that is ever said to you - in the course of your treatments. Get copies of all reports and recommendations for treatments.

Do not trust your memory - keep this log daily or else you will lose much leverage in dealing with this situation. In the end - it may become necessary to sue the WC. Thus - a good record is a must.
