Dear Readers
I apologize for the paucity of articles since the 23rd of September. I have been ill and am now in recovery. I will be making up all missed articles and will be bringing some recent views on the nature of the etiologies of the neuropathies and perhaps - some promising new treatments.
I plan to make up all missed articles by the end of the millennium - thus to begin the next millennium with a clean and current slate.
