Will My Daughter Follow In My Fat Footsteps?
Though both my mother and my grandmother meant well and they both truly thought they had the solution, I think the answer is somewhere in between. A good balance between healthy eating and not making any foods "forbidden".
I intend to try to teach my daughter good eating habits but will that be enough? Can she learn from my mistakes and the mistakes of the generations before her? Only time will really tell.
