If you spend a couple of hours listening to one of those fillers until you get the exact notes, you will find that the fillers are made up of the most obvious notes, like the notes from the chords, or something like that. What gives the notes magic is the timing, and that comes from treating the piano as a timekeeper --- a rhythm instrument.

Imagine the pianist sitting and listening to their own music and beating the rhythm on their thighs as they bounce their head and shoulders to the beat. That's how you should try to play at the keyboard to get the effect you want.
