Cardiovascular disease refers to a variety of diseases and conditions affecting the heart and blood vessels in the human body. A disease of which we are most afraid is heart attack or stroke. But those events doesn't happen suddenly (although it look like it). It is result of a disease called atherosclerosis, a disease that begins many years before symptoms are detected. Like in any other condition don't wait for symptoms to become obviously. Prevent all the cardiovascular disease with exercise, relaxation techniques and off course healthy lifestyle.
If you are a younger person, now is a time to understand that hypokinesia is one of the basic causes of numerous difficult chronic diseases of internal organs, not only cardiovascular. So, all you have to do is exercise regularly. I can assume that you, like all the others have a great amount of stress during your workday. And you certainly know that stress decrease a possibility of hart disease. Again, the most natural and useful compensation of the stress is corresponding programmed active relief i.e. program of sports recreation. They are not just excellent prophylaxis against negative effects of stress, also they improve muscular, cardiovascular, nervous and especially endocrine system. Ordinary exercises induce significant changes in all parts of the locomotion system: increase in mass and volume of the skeletal muscles, improvement in muscular blood supply and in neuromuscular regulation, also it contribute to reduction of fat layers, increase abilities of breathing system, improve activity of heart and heart-vessel systems, and provide more rational and efficient work of all organs. If you are an older person include exercise in your everyday life. Don't be afraid. Many older persons are afraid to start exercise, but there is no reason for that. If you take steps of precaution you body will only have benefits, no injuries from training. First, take more time to warm up and cool down while exercising, because muscular adaptation and elasticity is generally slowed with age. Start exercising at a low intensity, especially if you have been mostly sedentary, and progress gradually. Professionals suggest that if you can exercise moderately for 30 minutes each day like walking or gardening you'll still enjoy benefits and possibly reduce your risk for heart disease. Second, make sure you start and finish exercise with very slowly stretches. At last, it is a greater fun when you find a companion to exercise with you. Except fun it will help you stay on a regular schedule for you weekly activity. Go To Page: 1 2
