Although step aerobics is not new to the scene, it still seems to remain one of the favorite workout exercises.
I personally LOVE step aerobics above and beyond any other aerobics workout, and believe it's because of the rhythm, dance, and exercise all incorporated into one routine. There are many variations to step routines, and more and more are being incorporated on a pretty consistent basis. Below, I'd like to share some sites where instructors or just about anyone can look at some routines, or gain some information. First, I'd like to share a site centered around Interval Step and Muscle Conditioning. This one uses handweights. http://k2.kirtland.cc.mi.us/~balbachl/in... Next, if you're looking for pictures that are animated, that can help you put moves to go along with the choreography, this site has some really neat ones! http://www.thegrid.net/onestep And last, but not least, download some actual footage of aerobic routines! (This is great for visual learners...like me...lol) They have routines for sale, and a free routine to download. They ask that you fill out a short information form before downloading. http://www.fitness-factory.com/ Please take some time and browse around these sites! Remember, there are literally "millions" of sites out there with information, choreography, music and variations! Good luck, and join me again next time for more step aerobics! Go To Page: 1
