The eight dimensions of wellness are: social, physical, spiritual, environmental, emotional, intellectual, occupational, and multicultural. To achieve wellness it is important to find a balance between these eight dimensions in your life.
Take some time this holiday season to work on the total wellness aspect of you. Follow this 28 day guide to help yourself feel relaxed and giving for the holiday season. You do not have to complete each day in order. You can simply print it out and mark off what you've completed. Please let me know through discussion that you've completed the 28-day program so all can recognize you. You deserve it! Enjoy and happy holidays.
