consecutively, without stopping, resting, or losing form. Once you stop, rest or lose form you should stop counting. DON’T forget to count your push-ups, you won’t want to repeat the test!

You should lower the body until the chin hits the ground without the stomach hitting the floor. For both men and women the back should be straight at all times.

Percentiles are as follows: well above average (90), above average (70),  average (50), below average (30), and well below average (10).
