Real Rats: More Stories

Very slowly Ben raised his head and walked across my lap so he was closer to the reporter. He grinned (I swear, he really did!) and gave just about the biggest brux of his life. It was a real eye-popper. The reporter just stared at him, speechless, like he couldn't believe Ben had understood our conversation. But, of course, he had! The reporter didn't stick around Ben too long after that. I think he was a bit freaked out by him. Ben spent the rest of the party with a really smug look on his face - he had enjoyed every minute of that interview.

If you have a Real Rat Story you'd like to see on these pages, please share it with me! I'll be printing a new story every month and would love to hear about everyone else's ratties.
