Rat Shopping on the Web

RMCA Stuff
http://www.rmca.org/Clubinfo/merc.htm

This is the place to go for hard-to-find rat items as well as cool posters and other merchandise. The RMCA sells Blu-Kote bumblefoot treatment, Ivermectin for worms, Nutrical for ill rats who need extra nutrition, opthalmic ointment for rats with eye problems, etc. They also have Teklad lab blocks and Fern feeder baskets to put them in. Be sure to browse through their extensive poster collection, with many posters by the master of rat photography, Grove Pashley. The RMCA also has a nice bunch of T-shirts, mugs, stickers, etc. for you to flaunt a your love of rats with. We all need reminding now and then to "Love Thy Rodent As Thy Self"!

Wodent Wheels
http://www.teleport.com/~trnsoniq/wodent...

This site is really fun, and its motto, "Friends don't let friends run in wire wheels" is absolutely right. Wire wheels can be very dangerous for rat feet, legs and tails - they can accidentally slip through the wires and get stuck and/or broken. Running on wire also makes rats more prone to bumblefoot. Wodent Wheels are designed not to hurt delicate feet and tails and have neat holes that attract rats to enter and hide out when they're not in the mood for running. Check out the rat photo gallery while you're here as well as the tidbits of information near the bottom of the page. Even if you're not in the market for a wheel, it's a great site to browse around a bit.
