The end of July/beginning of August bring induction ceremonies for the Baseball and NFL Football Halls of Fame. I've attended ceremonies in Cooperstown and Canton, and while the experiences are incredible, it is a rotten time to visit the exhibits. Unless, of course, you like big crowds.
Every sport has a national hall of fame, and for families who enjoy sports, the Halls make for a fun vacation. I've only visited the Baseball Hall of Fame and loved it. Even my daughter, who is not a sports fan, has asked to return. It's more than baseball; it is a history lesson. Instead of an article, I'm going to provide a list of halls and addresses. I'd like to hear from anyone who has gone to these halls and get your opinions.
