Who Is Karla?

"Alot has asked thru the years about who I am. Number 1 question: Are you a Doctor? NO, I am a certified aromatherapist, using and studying Alternative Ways for over 7 years. Alternative ways have always been part of my background. My mom was from Germany, and there, Holistics is used more so than Western Medicine. Also my Grandmother is from Poland and used herbs and tinctures from the time I was a baby. I have had PAD for 20 years, and have tried many things to heal. I now have a program that works for me, with the guidance of a Holistic M.D., a Chiropractor and an N.D. I will have my certification in Herbology within 2 years. The advice I give here is thru experience & many years of study. Please know that I also advise that with each treatment you seek a licensed Dr.'s guidance , and what may work for me, may not for you. Always be safe when ingesting anything; for it is your health and your body. My advice is just that, advice, and I am not responsible for what you decide to do with it. Please be safe, seek the advise of a licensed Doctor. Please do not self-administer herbs. Please know that especially with herbs and if mixing with meds of any kind, to seek the guidance of a licensed, Holistic M.D. This is for safety , correct dosage , any interactions with meds or any other herbs. Walking into a Healthfood Store to me is like walking behind a Pharmacy counter. What you may need as an individual may be different than what is listed on the bottle. That is the standard norm. Alot of the times with Anxiety Disorder doses are far different than listed. Also the mixing of herbs and any side effects require monitoring. Please be safe , and have a Doctor guide you.

In all the years of my research and studies, there are some very crucial vitamins that are a daily part of my program. In all my reading on Anxiety Disorder, I have found that we deplete the B-Vitamins the fastest due to our adrenal's working overtime. They maintain the health of the nervous system, and proper brain function. They can also can help with Depression , Anxiety & Fatigue.
