Below are a list of traits shared by most people who suffer anxiety disorders. While they are not necessarily undesirable traits, anxiety suffers seem to take them to the extreme!

We need to accept ourselves for who we are, discover the reasons behind why we tend to amplify these traits and learn to moderate them so that they are not detrimental to our health!

1. High level of Creativity

2. Rigid Thinking

3. Excessive Need for Approval

4. Extremely High Expectaitions of Self

5. Perfectionism

6. Competent, Dependable "Doer"

7. Excessive Need to be in Control

8. Suppression of Some or All Negative Feelings

9. Tendency to Ignore Body's Physical Needs
