Lost Coast Ales and Beer Bread


Herb and Amber Beer Bread

  • 3 cups whole wheat flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. Salt

  • 1 tbsp. Fresh dill
  • 1 12 oz. Amber ale, room temperature

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • 1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  • 2. Add beer. Mix thoroughly.
  • 3. Pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees 50-60 minutes turn onto a rack to cool for 5 minutes.
