A final factor to consider is how far you are willing to go to be with your community. You might not find a community that fits your needs in your immediate vicinity and you might not find people who share your ideas either. How far do you want to travel, or possibly even move?
These are all questions to consider carefully in deciding what kind of community you want. In next month's article I'll discuss some magic you can do to help you find/achieve a community of your own.
