Introduction to Summer Series- Top of the Top, Places to Shop

For the next few months I have decided to compile my pages and pages of notes on different shopping sites and begin a Top of Top, Places to Shop series. What my plan is to do is to spend a little more time on organization and answer your questions about anything when it comes to places to shop (as long as it's not something immoral, indececent, or impossible). For example, I hold a letter in my hand that says,

Dear Reginald,

Since moving to the states, I have been unable to find a place that sells quality tea. Is there any web sites that might offer the tea that I'm used to.
