Having A SUPER Bowl Party!

I do not believe in the farce known as "evolution". I have always agreed with many "true" scientists that there is nothing that even hints that evolution could be a far-fetched possibility. Then last week, I stumbled upon evidence that could reveal some kind of missing link theory. I will not say that it has made me a believer but it has made me stand up (on two legs) and take notice. This revelation came to me at a dinner party where I observed a primal act by human males: watching football. I never noticed this before when I myself was quite the fan. But now that I have as much time to watch sports as I do to take water ballet lessons, I am only an occasional observer- normally it is during "nap time". Yet I think one of the most amazing experiences is being in a room full of men when a football game is on.

Let me see if I can help draw the connection between this American sport and our pre-flood ancestors. First, there appears to be some kind of primal connection between the observer and the participant. I figure, since not every man went about hunting his prey, that as one man used his cunning ability to attack the enemy (AKA, lunch) then the rest must have been sitting in the trees and mountains sides encouraging him on. As the hunter gets closer to his goal, I am sure that the observers had a hard time keeping quiet. The hills resounded with grunts, chest beating, and an enormous cheer as the goal was accomplished (or a moan, and maybe even a "boo", when the dinner became the diner).

Another observation is the way that men treat the ladies during this ritual. If the women at our party had all became fixated with carbon monoxide and laid on a pile in the kitchen floor, first the males would not have noticed until half time, and second, they would have become irate that they couldn't wait until half time to have this problem. Their only action would be to open the window so that their buddies would not succumb to the same demise. I am sure that this was similar to the feeling thousands of years ago when man hunted for his food amongst the dinosaurs. They had to concentrate all their efforts on one task. You couldn't get sidetracked when you had a year supply of choicest ribs within your sites. On the same note, it is impossible to only slightly watch a game. You have to be engrossed. There is no halfway of "just turn it on and keep the sound off". Nope, it is all or nothing.
