Do you remember back in the eighties that TV show called, "That's Incredible"? Well, I've been thinking about those incredible and amazing wonders in my life. Below is the list I've come up with.
1) It's amazing how that no matter what checkout line I'm in, it's always the slowest.
2) It's amazing how that when you get behind on one day of paperwork, it takes two weeks to get caught back up.
3) It's amazing how when you want to zone out and just watch something on TV, there is nothing on.
4) It's amazing how when you plan a day to relax, there is a major crisis and you can't.
5) It's amazing how that Sammi, our dog, knows when we are running the bath water just for her.
6) It's amazing the amount of information on the Internet and how much time I can waste doing nothing on it.
7) It's amazing how that when I start the car up in the morning, someone must of broke into it and turned the radio up real loud because I sure don't remember listening to it that loud.
8) It's amazing how much better advice sounds when it comes from me than from someone else.
9) It's amazing how that when there is major work to be done around the house, I catch a bug or the flu.
10) It's amazing how easy the hair comes off of Sammi when we brush her, but how hard her hair comes off of the couch.
11) It's amazing how that when you want to start a fire with dry leaves, it is almost impossible, yet someone can throw a cigarette butt down and it catches acres and acres on fire.
12) It's amazing how my voice sounds so different on tape or how much fatter I look on video. (Which one is the real me- live or Memorex).
13) It's amazing how the person I cheer for in the race always wrecks (Go Joe!).
14) It's amazing how that when I have a great ideal for an invention, two months later it is the biggest thing since sliced bread (which was also my ideal).
15) It's amazing how that If I have a suggestion, no one listens to it until they've tried everything else.
16) It's amazing how that when I can sleep in, I wake up early and when I have to get up early, I want to sleep in.
17) It's amazing how there is no such thing as a minor computer problem.
