It's No Longer a Matter of Pride, It's Vital to Longevity

My health is at stake here--probably yours, too, if you have poor eating habits, are overweight, or exercise infrequently. Good health equals a better quality of life. There's a good chance that good health will also increase my longevity; the flip side of that is that bad health is almost certain to limit my life span, and what there is of that span may well be of poor quality.
