Lockergnome is a lot more than a newsletter, by the way: try out one of its NNTP newsgroups, like lockergnome.windows.nt.software, if you want to check out the community it's forged.
Since July 15th, however, Lockergnome has become a daily newsletter, and I conclude that the magnitude of information was its success point for me, because now that it's a daily HTML newsletter, I don't find it as exhilarating as I once did. Decide for yourself by looking at the most recent issue.
Note also that the dailies aren't archived on the site anymore.
Keep in mind, though, that Lockergnome is in the middle of a transformation, so it's still a work in progress possibly. But I know this much: if they ever give the "Weekly HTML" option, I'll be the first to sign up for it!
