Our focus this time round is the only Kiwi music show that screens on New Zealand television, Squeeze, hosted by Francesca Rudkin.
The show is an hour long and screens a variety of music videos - from classics such as John Rowles, Pacific hip-hop such as Moizna and modern rock such as the Feelers and Head Like A Hole. Squeeze screens at 3 p.m. on Sundays on TV2 and fills an important gap in helping New Zealand music gain television airplay. Like Havoc, the show originally aired on NZ's feed of MTV and when that channel ceased broadcasting earlier this year, it was transferred to TV2. For information on upcoming episodes of the programme, check out their web site and keep watching to show your support.
