The Dave Koch Cui-ui Hatchery is behind the Dunn Hatchery. This hatchery specialized in the endangered cui-ui lakesucker, which can only be found at Pyramid Lake. Begun in 1973, the folks here now work hard every year to help reduce the risk of extinction of this fish.

Today, in addition to the fish hatcheries, beautiful views, warm waters, and fishing available at the lake, are the hot springs. Make sure if you visit that you head over to the northwestern side of the lake and stop by this area.
