    2. mixed with liver sausage, cream cheese, mashed eggs, or diced chicken to make spreads
    Then I use these spreads for the following:
    • to stuff raw mushroom caps
    • to fill celery sticks
    • to wrap in lettuce leaves
    • in egg salad
    • in chicken salad
    • as is in sandwiches or on crackers
    You can extend this list to accommodate your family's preferences.
