Conclusions
Dexterous people know how to hold tools without tension. That tension may be caused by an intense personality, by anxiety, or by personal problems. If we cannot release the emotional tension, we must at least learn to relax physically to prevent stress injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome.
All our lives we have been taught how to lift things off the floor without stressing our backs. It is now time to learn how to use our arms without stressing our wrists.
