Greg Biffle wins for the fourth time in 2002... Jason Keller and Biffle come in and pit late to take four tires... Jon Wood finishes 6th in first career BGN race... Preview: Michigan... Off week next week... Greg Biffle wins for the fourth time in 2002... The last 3 months Greg Biffle driver of the #60 Grainger Ford has been on a hot streak. Biffle has 4 wins, 9 top 5's and 10 top 10's in the last 10 races. If that isn't enough proof that Biffle is seriously going to make a championship run. Coming into IRP Greg Biffle was second in Pikes Peak International Speedway. The weekend started off right for Biffle after winning the pole earlier on Saturday. Biffle went on to win the race. Not only was it his first at IRP it was his fourth win of the 2002 season. The race was a demo derby after the race was over. Rookie Scott Riggs lead most of the event but with 6 laps to go his right rear tire was flat and didn't get the win. Biffle and his championship rival Jason Keller on the last caution came in for four tires and were the top 2 in the end of the race. Jason Keller and Greg Biffle came into the pits late to take four tires... When the yellow flag came out with a handful of laps to go Greg Biffle and Jason Keller both came in and took 4 tires. They both made the right move and finished 1-2 in the final rundown of the Kroger 200. When they both came in other teams were wondering if there was enough laps for them to get to the front. There definitely was enough laps to go. Jon Wood finishes 6th in first career BGN race... A month ago the decision was made that Jon Wood would drive the #9 Gain Ford at IRP instead of regular driver Jeff Burton. Brad Parrot and the team tested 312 laps at the track in the beginning of the month. Jon stayed out of trouble all day and did a great job. Preview: Michigan... In two weeks the NASCAR Busch Series heads out to Michigan. The Michigan 200 is going to be very exciting. My pick for this race will be none other than Greg Biffle. Greg has done well at the 2 mile track and will do very well this season.
