Nashville Part2: Sprague wins first NBS race, Riggs has problems... Junior drives #8 JR Motorsports Chevy at Richmond International Speedway... Kerry Earnhardt joins Looney Toons rematch... Compton, Bodine do double... Nashville Part2: Sprague wins first NBS race, Riggs has problems... On Saturday, Jack Sprague finally won his first NASCAR Busch Series race of his career. Jack, who got the lead after Greg Biffle had problems, won his first race out. He is now the point's leader and is very happy to have that first career win. Bobby Hamilton Jr., and others were leading the race most of the night. This was the first race under the lights for the Nashville Speedway. Congratulations Jack on your first career win! Scott Riggs had his share of problems so Riggs is 1-1 at Nashville in his career. And Jason Keller still hasn't won a race at Nashville. Junior drives #8 JR Motorsports Chevy at Richmond International Speedway... Dale Earnhardt Jr. will drive the #8 car at Richmond International Speedway. Junior will drive a Looney Toons car. The car will feature the Looney Toon characters on the car. Bugs Bunny and his friends will come alone for the ride on Saturday September 7th for the Richmond 250. Dale Junior will drive the #3 car at Daytona and the paint scheme is yet to be announced. And when it is, it will be on Suite101.com. Also check back mid week for any updates on the car and sponsor for the #8 JR Motorsports Chevy. Kerry Earnhardt ready to join The Looney Toons group... Kerry Earnhardt's team will paint up a Jani-King Chevy with the Looney Toons paint scheme on the car. The team will join the other cars for the rematch at Richmond. Kerry and his brother will try to do battle and try to win the race. Kerry and Jani-King will team up for the race as it's one of the six races that Jani-King will sponsor the car. Compton, Bodine do double... Stacy Compton and Todd Bodine were the two drivers that had the most miles in the air this weekend. Stacy and Todd competed in the Inside Traxx 300 on Saturday night and then flew back to Pocono for the Pocono 500 on Sunday. Last year Kevin Harrick did double duty the entire season and Compton will try to do the same. Todd, on the other hand, is only doing double duty for 6 races, until the #26 car finds a sponsor(s).
