The Pandavas returned and found Draupadi missing. The followed the tracks of the chariot wheels and soon overtook Jayadratha. Arjun dealt with the soldiers, Nakul freed Draupadi, while Bhim overwhelmed the abductor. Draupadi wanted him killed there and then, but Yudhishthir spared his life because he was an in-law married to a younger sister. So while Draupadi fumed, Bhim had to be content by cutting Jayadratha's hair in an awkward manner and painting his face black with coal. The thirteenth year of the exile was approaching, which the Pandavas would have to spend incognito. It was time to plan for that. Go To Page: 1 2
