As always, Carolyn Hart, gives her fans a great read with Resort to Murder. You can never go wrong with one of her books. Though the Death On Demand series is my personal favorite, this series has it’s own appeal with a feisty, practical, retired ex-reporter sleuth, Henrie O.

In Resort to Murder, Henrie finds herself in Bermuda for her former son-in-law’s wedding, with hopes of taking some time to enjoy the sun and recover from a bout with pneumonia. Unfortunately, she instead ends up in the middle of a case of murder and the supernatural. There have been sightings of a strange figure at the top of the Tower Ridge House hotel that many believe to be the ghost of a man who fell to his death a year ago. One night the ghost returns with a deadly message for the bride-to-be, Conner Bailey. Deciding to investigate, Henrie finds a multitude of suspects among the guests who were not at all happy about the upcoming wedding, and two more bodies along the way.

If you’re looking for a nice Bermuda vacation filled with wonderful mysteries of murder, pick up a copy of Resort to Murder.
