Pippa Hunnechurch is a headhunter in Ryde, Maryland. When she meets a very successful peer, Marsha Morgan, at a chamber of commerce meeting, her headhunting days take an unexpected and deadly turn. Headhunters find employees for high powered companies and Pippa takes on a job with Morgan for a company that could help her turn around her failing business. Things turn bad when Morgan dies and Pippa begins unraveling a web of little white lies that puts her life in danger, brings a charming and attractive man into her life, and teams her up with Morgan's secretary, Gloria.

As the two search for the truth, Gloria also teaches Pippa about the truth that is missing in her own life, God's love. Pippa also must come to terms with her husband and child's terrible death in a car accident two years ago back in her homeland of England.

LITTLE WHITE LIES is a refreshing mystery with a Christian touch. Unlike so many Christian mysteries that preach with a heavy hand, this book does not preach at you and the mystery can be enjoyed by anyone no matter their beliefs. And yet, the difference that the love of God can make in someone's life is very evident.

If you're looking for a good mystery, some suspense, and a book that you won't be afraid to share with you kids and your mom, LITTLE WHITE LIES is it. I look forward to reading more books by this pair.
