Online Reporting

There are several companies out there now that do a majority of their reporting online. This is great for several reasons. The main one being cost to the shopper. Another one is cost to the MS company.

This article is devoted to pointing you to MS companies that utilize the Internet for mystery shop reporting.

The first one is Jancyn. http://www.jancyn.com They are a good company based out of San Jose, CA. Telephone: 800-339-2861 E-mail is info@Jancyn.com Jan Pelletiere is the owner. They are working now to get most of their clients into their online reporting system. They've had some bugs getting there, but things are starting to look up.

Our next company is David Sparks and Associates. I love doing their shops. The main reason is their online reporting system. It's great. I go, I fill out the online form for my shop, I print out my report so I have a copy, and pow. There is never any trouble with them getting it, no refaxing things to them, no multiple mailings. Woo Hoo is the best I can say. http://www.sparksresearch.com This company is based out of Clemson, SC. Telephone: 864-654-7571 E-mail is dsa@sparksresearch.com There online reporting system has been in place for most, if not all, assignments for about a year. I can not say enough good things about how easy their system is to use, and how much simpler it has made shopping for them.

Another terrific company is Secret ShopNet. Secret ShopNet is a division of Service Intelligence.com Their system is a bit different in that you have to apply to become a shopper, then they have different levels of shoppers based on experience and tests they provide for each client they have. http://www.secretshopnet.com Service Intelligence.com's headquarters are in Seattle, WA. The merger between Ecom and Service Intelligence.com happened within the past year. This company pays well for the types of assignments done, and you can log into their site daily to see what is available in your area.

A&M Business Services recently changed their reporting system to an online one. They had problems with the system initially, but these seem to be taken care of now. http://www.ambussvcs.com/ A&M is based out of Pensacola, FL. Telephone: 850-492-7467 They began operations in 1991. I have always enjoyed working with this company. Schedulers have been pleasant, and the online reporting system is terrific.

Second to None is another example of a great company that took their reporting system and made it better by putting it all online. http://www.second-to-none.com STN is based out of Ann Arbor, MI. Telephone: 734-668-8148 E-mail is: dialogue@second-to-none.com The reporting process for this company has only worked about fifty percent of the time for me the way it was supposed to. I tend to use their e-mail reporting system over their web based system for this reason. However, they pay well for the shops you do. The e-mail system is still much easier than faxing or snail mailing everything back to them.
