Meditation SongsWHAT HAS IT DONE TO YOU? Most importantly, a change for the better or worse can tell people a lot about whether they might like to try this technique themselves. Has it put a silly smile on your face that keeps other people guessing what you've been up to? Has it helped you lose weight, get a better job, or even win your special someone? Have you won any awards using this method, or have others you've known? If not, you can even poke a little fun at it, or just show the improvements you have witnessed. There have been lots of hits over the years about how a simple walk in the woods, watching the rain, seeing children play, tending a garden, taking five-minute breaks at work, or working with animals has helped people gain huge insights into themselves and others. If you can describe this well enough for others to follow your methods, it can at least become a great holiday gift you can hand out to family members and save yourself a few dollars this year, or try pitching it to various self-help websites to see if they want to carry it for you. For that matter, there is always a need for web videos and greetings cards with animation or even Power Point presentations set to music. You could have one of the next popular downloads on the Web, especially if people find your song, group of songs, or even just lyrics that fade in and out over a nice slide show something that helps them feel better about themselves or handling life in general. So consider taking a few minutes to actually enjoy yourself this hectic upcoming holiday season, and stop to ask why you do use and like to use that method. Not only will you feel less guilty for taking a few moments to yourself, but your bothering to record your observations might also help someone else along the way once you put your lyrical or musical thoughts in a form you can share with others. You might accidentally come up with the next great anthem, or at least a good giggle and an excuse to relax as you listen to it in the future. Anything to keep you writing, and keep having fun!
