2. exceptionally neat way of keeping records for many, many purposes

4. artists can store images for website construction and design
5. email cards serve to enhance communication between community members...in the nicest possible way of course!

Websites. Websites are:

1. very useful promotional tool for your community group of facility
2. I will say much more about this when personal and business websites become an available feature of Suite101.

Newsletter Preparation.

1. there is some skill in learning html
2. it is more a time factor than a skills acquisition problem
3. the learning curve is not very steep
4. and the rewards of the email newsletter as a community building tool is great
