Brisbane Celebrate Life Festival for Busy Women Artistic Creations to become a part of an event which showcases the philosophies behind Community Businesses in the hope of raising 1 Million dollars to create a place for women and children called Eagle House. The mission of this philanthropic group is to
"provide homes that are safe place for young women and their children where there is opportunity for a fresh look at life. Sometimes a person needs to take a look at life from a different perspective, and that is exactly what Eagle House is all about."
As readers know...I have passion about this subject and have written extensively about recovery for three years.

There is an appalling lack of resources for Brisbane women who experience difficulty for whatever reason. And so this sponsorship has come to me much as a dream. And so in this dream state I have set up my booth, made my arrangements and turned up to paint a mural consisting of four panels on corflute, using luxury designers paints, brushes and not much more. This article describes the philosophy behind the Busy Women Network.
4 October 2001 Do What You Can ..Where You Are..With What You Have This checklist is focused on the idea that it is essential for an artist to prioritise time so that she/he is consistently completing tasks, deadlines met whilst at the same time maintaining a relaxed and happy lifestyle.It will be a simple free handed mural because this all that time permits. Luckily as readers know, this spontaneity is my preferred mode of creation and I am quite happy, relaxed and feeling "up to the challenge." For me it is a marathon. Very rarely are murals painted in this manner. It is not only exciting, it is another step forward for Women Networking In Brisbane to become part of a bigger picture involving social justice, social responsibility and pride in our city. Brisbane is a beautiful, creative city and deserves this chance to bring about a process of transformative change in such an innovative way. I am privileged to be here.
