areas that withstand heat, sun, and driving rains of the monsoon. Even these types of surfaces can have raised designs applied to them."
Victoria considers her investigation, testing and designing of these new raised relief stencils to be in it's infancy. She is passionate about her chosen artform and she enjoys trying media on surfaces that have not been tried before. She is continually coming up with design applications such as mouldings and life-sized designs of columns, etc, that are original and unique. She is therefor a pioneer in her chosen field, creating a whole new way of decorating almost anything with raised designs. Her mother is instrumental in that testing. Everyday they are learning something new together and making this information accessible to the public and of course 'being' available to help spread the information. "It is a pleasure to help the use of these techniques grow." I hope you have enjoyed this small glimpse of Victoria's work and her collaborations. If you would like to keep up to date with what her new designs visit this site From what I have seen..."Things Can Only Get Better!" If you would like to receive a copy of Victoria's newsletter ...."the place where no decorating topic is taboo!"please subscribe I would like to thank Victoria for her assistance in writing these essays, access to her work online, and her valuable input and encouragement. It is interesting to note that she has designed complete lines of stencils for Dinair Airbrush Make-up in Hollywood and Creative Arts of Washington, A complete line of Heritage Memory Scrapbooking products now sold Nationwide by Riley Mountain Incorporated (under the name of Victory Springs). She is still the current designer for that line. She has also created Rubber Stamp and Tatoo Stencils for: Tsukineko Ink Company, and Make an Impression Rubber Stamp Co She has been designing stencils since 1991 that have sold in craft and art stores nation wide. Of late she has decided to offer them exclusively on line and she has found that avenue much more satisfying since because she deals with her customers directly that way.
