Journaling the whole entire process from inception to completion into the celebration - allows me to sift through the information working out ....

  • project cost and estimates
  • time schedules, estimates and projections
  • whilst allowing me to analyse issues of profit and loss.
This kind of information can give a whole momentum to business plans and become the steering mechanism of otherwise unenvisaged lands!

Journaling the process provides the notes, sketches and illustrations from which to create articles. Writing articles and having them published is (I believe) an essential promotional tool for any artistic business. Much of the promotion of my business is based on the articles published here at the Suite. I feature the articles in submissions designed to campaign for funds that will power public projects. The articles are an essential ingredient of aquital procedures. Of course the articles designed to celebrate acheivements are the most important and informative because they prepare the way for the next project.

It is great to be able to pepper a resume with fresh, original and liberally illustrated articles when making quotes.
This is the kind of advertising style that money can't buy. It has a quality of authenticity about it if artwork is captured in situe and authentic. Well written and professionaly presented articles in combination with cleverly devised power point presentations can gradually build into a library from which the artist can gradually educate her audience. Over time a writing style will emerge. It becomes the basis of a well explained, articulate vision - one that can easily be shared with others because it is so readily at hand.

Housed neatly in chronolgical order - the articles I write are ready and waiting for use in other publications. Articles from the Suite can (after a month) be reprinted on my own website Publishing them there helps create keyword rich content. This assists me to acheive a higher ranking in Google.

Reprinting articles can be quite a good idea. People are free to request permission to use your work on their website and this again will lead to more targeted exposure. Becuase you have been asked for an article it means that you are pitching your story to a targeted and receptive audience.

Little Monkey Murals is a site directly devoted to children's murals, their creation and all other related topics. You as a mural painter can publish your articles on this site. This gives you an opening to meet prospective cutomers and other muralists. If this eventuates make an effort to become involved in discussions. Soon you will have a communication system growing. I find the freshness of this site quite attractive and it has the added attraction of a mural artists directory - get listed!
