MS, MENOPAUSE, MANIC DEPRESSION and MIGRAINES TOO?

In this month's article, I will try to touch on all four subjects within this title. In an effort to provide you with additional information, I'll include links for you to investigate on one or several of these subjects.

Not too long ago, a friend and I were talking, comparing notes, of sorts, on all the events we had lived with. We got so deeply into the discussion, we decided to enumerate into a list. This list grew into two pages until I hollered STOP!

When you are up to your neck in work, household duties, cooking, cleaning, raising children (little), and compromising with children (older kids). At the same time you are juggling shopping, organizing, doing laundry, paying bills, running errands, and taking care of the pets. If you have the luxury, you might even have time to take care of yourself. If you are challenged with health problems, you make time to do it all, despite your challenges.

There are so many challenges in life. In today's world, I can only hope we can handle/juggle them all with grace and ease. Here are the four we will discuss in the next four articles.

  • MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS
  • MENOPAUSE
  • MANIC DEPRESSION
  • MIGRAINES
