Susan Sarandon - Sultry, Seductive and Funny
In 1980 her status made its point with an Academy Award nomination for her role in Atlantic City. The Witches of Eastwick (1987) with Cher, Jack Nicholson and Michelle Pfeiffer began a real movement in her acting which launched her to roles in movies like Bull Durham (1988) with Kevin Costner, and A Dry Hot Season (1989) with Marlon Brando and Donald Sutherland. In the 90’s, Sarandon rocketed with such hits as Earthly Possessions (1999), where she plays a minister’s wife and becomes a hostage at a robbery. She subsequently learns how her life should be different. From Sesame Street to Dead Man Walking (1995), Sarandon has made her niche in Hollywood and will always be known as a woman of talent.
