Nicholson -- As Good As It Gets
Talent has given Jack Nicholson 11 Academy Awards nominations, winning three times: for One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest (1975), for Terms of Endearment (1983), and for As Good As It Gets (1997). And filmmaker’s don’t call him unless they're willing to pay the salary of $10 million, plus a percentage of their film's profits. His life is not far from the scripts of movies as he now has a 35-year-old daughter, Jennifer, from his first wife, Sandra Knight. His 17-year romance with actress Anjelica Huston did not produce any children, but his four-year relationship with one-time waitress Rebecca Broussard has produced two preschool children, Caleb (Raymond) and Lorraine. With well over 50 movies under his belt Nicholson will always be remembered for his tough yet vulnerable edge. His wit and characters he brings to the silver screen. From Batman (1989) the sinister Joker to loony movie Mars Attacks! (1996) Nicholson can captivate an audience. My most favorite film is one of his newest, As Good As It Gets (1997) where a recluse romance writer discovers his heart. His latest venture is Blood and Wine (1997) in which greed begets misery. Nicholson, 64, is as good as it gets as a Hollywood legend. Thanks extended to Spacesurfer.com for photos.
