Yep, it's that time when snow is falling (at least where I am!), carolers are warming up their voices, and the logs are burning in the fire place. Malls are alive with busy shoppers, with holidays music filling the air, and kids can't wait to drop their letters to Santa in the mail. In that spirit, here are a few movie quotes to get you a little more excited about the coming holidays…
Babe (1995) Ferdinand the duck: Christmas? Christmas means dinner, dinner means death! Death means carnage; Christmas means carnage! Babes in Toyland (1934) Stannie Dum: I've got a Christmas present for you. Batman Returns (1992) Bruce Wayne: Merry Christmas, Alfred. Good will towards men... and women. Blue Sky (1994) Vera Johnson: People like you come and go, Carly. You mean just one less Christmas card to me. Die Hard (1988) Detective John McClane: You throw quite a party. I didn't realize they celebrated Christmas in Japan. Go (1999) Simon Baines: They can't evict you on Christmas! Then you'd be ho-ho-homeless! Home Alone 2: Lost in New York (1992) Kevin McCallister: You can mess with a lot of things, but you can't mess with kids on Christmas. How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000) Grinch: Are you having a holly, jolly Christmas? Jingle All the Way (1996) Ted Maltin: You can never do too much to make a kid's Christmas special. The Muppet Christmas Carol (1992) Fozziwig: Here is my Christmas speech. "Thank you all, and Merry Christmas." Ordinary People (1980) Karen: Let's have a great Christmas. Let's have... a great year. Let's have the best year of our whole lives. We can, you know... this could be the best one ever. The Santa Clause (1994) Scott Calvin: Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night! When I get home, I'm getting a CAT scan! The Spirit of Christmas (1995) Santa: Christmas is for giving!
