Terry offers advice on topics ranging from Training Software to Stretching Exercises. Under the topic of “Training Basics” Terry provides a very detailed explanation of his training concepts and how you’re Maximum Heart Rate effects performance.

The site a great deal of information about how you’re works under various work loads. If you’ve ever wanted to have a better understanding of how the body produces energy for your muscles without having to get a medical degree, visit Terry’s “Energy Systems”
