Had to make this entry to warn others!

Physically neat, and easy to fit, but it don't work properly.

You'll be going 0 m.p.h. with this if it gets below 10 C. Also for best results, lower your bars or mount it on the underside of the bars - range is hopeless. Clock inaccurate but display clear.

I will never buy anything with the name Vetta on it again after buying one of these damned computers. I dropped it once when I was putting it on my bike and that was the end. It never worked properly again. The store wouldn't take it back and I've never found an adress for Vetta. This company sucks! Do not buy this computer!!!!!! If you look at it wrong it will not work!

Just a cautionary note to potential purchasers: Vetta products are very hit and miss. I've had four computers: a c-15, a warranted c-15, a c-100 (replaced the c-15 under warranty) and now a C-50 "MTB specific," which I won. None of these have worked properly. The older first three all packed up at the first sign of water/moisture. My new c-50 just stops mid-ride and then restarts again. It has a few nice features, like an automatic starting stopwatch, and ride time versus total time, but these are useless if the computer thinks you're stationary when you're bombing down the trail. Go to Deja News and do a search of news group articles with Vetta as the subject. You'll find plenty of unhappy owners out there.

Good computer, I don't mind the problem, but it does piss me off occasionally when I'm in the middle of a ride and realize that I forgot to turn it on. Works good in mud+ in the woods.overall a great computer and a awesome deal for the price I got it - $30.
